Nigel's Bio
My first influence to playing drums was Keith Moon and a bit later Jon Bonham. I jammed with lots of musians in the late 70’s around West London and then met up with Gary Masters who was forming the Ali Katt and the Baghdad Boogie Band, Gary later changed the name to the Magic Mushroom Band. I left with the Bass player Clive Baxter and joined Mornblade and gigged all over London and home counties the high light to this being to play support to I Q and the Marque club plus we played at the last Stonehenge free festival, I then joined a band called Lost Property fore awhile before moving to Plymouth where I didn’t pick up a pair of sticks fore more years than I care to mention, I moved back to London met Lisa who talked me into picking up the sticks again and we decided to form a dance band and finally after a couple of years of up and downs Mixed Company is here and entertaining you, I hope!
